Cynthia - Liquid Love

Cynthia began working with The Ayni Way in June 2020. Twice a month she hosts cacao ceremonies in Latvia alongside Kristina Day, a successful influencer and coach who has travelled the world with her practice. These events are centred around transformational topics, such as: "How to be your true self" and "How to release past traumas", which involve group healing through guided meditations. The ultimate aim of bringing people together in this way is to let go of that what no longer serves the collective, and to finally transition into the most authentic version of ourselves.
